Just watched episode 10 of the Walking Dead and it sort of seemed flat to me. A lot happened but some of it didn’t make sense.
Daryl and Beth’s walk through the woods was ok but then when it switched over to Tyreese and the girls a bunch of stuff didn’t make sense to me. First why is there a bunch of baby rabbits in that tree trunk? Also is Carol traveling with those two guys on the railroad tracks? Or did she just show up there when Tryrese and the girls did.
Does it seem like they would have everything all mapped out around the prison at this point and they would have to walk pretty far to find food or anything that they hadn’t already searched? Apparently not though because last week Rick and Carl found a bunch of houses with food and stuff in them a short distance from the prison and this week Tyreese and Coral found the signs for another settlement on the railroad tracks.
Then there was Maggie, Sasha and Bob finding the bus. This also didn’t not make sense to me. Why was there a whole bunch of people in the bus? Wouldn’t people get out of the bus? I guess they were swarmed and eventually the zombies got in?
Anyways probably the most interesting thing that happened this episode was the arrival of the new characters: Abraham, Eugene, and Rosita. Abraham is this military bad ass guy in the comic, who is also huge and towers over Rick. They got Michael Cudlitz to play him who is a good actor but is just not built like the guy in the comic. Eugene is a sketchy genius who is actually knows way more then he originally lets on. I don’t really remember Rosita’s background from the comic. I may have to go back and read some more.
